Why would I want to download this lightweight, nimble app and earn tons of insane rewards (like easy, free admissions)?

Putting Free Play on your phone is a big step for our relationship and a big responsibility for Free Play. Rest assured, the app will only be used to ensure you have access to the best arcade rewards program in the world and stretch your entertainment dollar further than anyone thought possible. It’s also the only place you can grab exclusive in-app merch, tickets, and more!

No dice boss, I’m not downloading an app even if it’s for my favorite arcade. What are the other options?

The app is the easiest way to manage your account but, for app skeptics, you can time travel to 1999 and manage your loyalty account on the WORLD WIDE WEB (aka the internet super highway) by clicking here (or on this cool gif):

Change makes me nervous and I need to know what this program replaces!?!

This program consolidates our loyalty programs (like beer loyalty cards, summer appreciation punch cards, and similar) and our membership programs into an easier (and better) system. As of now, Free Play is no longer issuing any old loyalty or membership cards.

Points? Apps? Robust and Incredible Rewards? Exclusive In-App Merch? I’m worried about enjoying this too much!

I don’t give out my number at the clubs, why would I give it to Free Play?

To be honest, though you seem like a nice person, we don’t really want your number – but we do NEED it! Your phone number is used to verify and protect your loyalty account. You can also use your number to login to the on-site loyalty tablets that register and track your rewards (instead of your in-app QR code). Regardless, other than for account management purposes, we will have no intention of using your number.

What do I do with my old loyalty cards?

Free Play will be stamping previously issued but incomplete loyalty cards until July 31, 2024 and honoring these cards until September 30, 2024. As of now, no new loyalty stamp cards are being issued and, after September, like tears in the rain, these cards will become just another piece of nostalgia.

Do all purchases earn rewards points? Will the loyalty rewards ever change? Can I buy a Harrier jet with these rewards?

Nearly all purchases earn rewards points but there are some limitations. Any purchase on freeplayinc.com, freeplaymerch.com, and any invoiced charge (such as for a private event) does not accrue points due to program restrictions, system limitations, or policy issues. All purchases at a Free Play location qualify for points unless otherwise indicated.

We are constantly updating, adding to, and evolving the rewards available through the program but, as of now, we are not ready to add the Harrier jets in our collection to the rewards program! (Check back soon.)

I currently have an active membership card (which is number 2 on my list of things I love the most) and I want to know what happens to me!?

Nothing yet but you will be receiving an email very soon! Once the transition email goes out, we would love all of our members (who are some of the best people in the world) to transition to the app as soon as possible but all members have until their November billing date to make the transition. Please note that the new membership program has additional rewards benefits (along with all of the old benefits) so it’s best to check your email and transition immediately. And while your old membership card will no longer do anything, you get to keep it safe for all eternity.

Wireless internet? How is that even possible?

Look, we don’t know the science but we can tell you that, somehow, you can transfer data through the air with our new WIFI technology. We’re still rolling this out but we anticipate it being live at all locations by August 1. If you are an unlimited visit member, you will receive a new WIFI password each month. If asked by security protocol system (SPS), please use the same email address associated with your membership as your login name when joining the network “Members Only” at any location.

Please note that, while this new technology is amazing and we truly want you to enjoy it, Free Play makes no guarantees as to the exact quality or availability of the WIFI. The “Members Only” network also has limited bandwidth available and you agree to be cool and limit your usage to a reasonable amount. Your access to the network may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason. By using the network, you also agree not to use the wireless network for any purpose that is unlawful. The wireless network is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

I’m 100% in, now how do I manage an unlimited play membership?

Your membership automatically renews by credit card each month (on the day that you signed up). You can manage (upgrade your membership or cancel your recurring unlimited membership) in the app or on the membership website. This seems incredible but I bet there is a catch! What’s the fine print that doesn’t format particularly well on a website that a lesser company might try to hide from me on a separate website?

While generosity is a virtue, there are some limits to sharing in #clubfreeplay. To collect any reward, the rewards member must be present. Improper sharing of login details could result in the membership account being suspended or removed entirely. Free Play staff are also not permitted to earn rewards points.

Further, as we do not know what the future holds, all offers, points, and/or rewards are subject to change or be removed. While we are endeavoring to build the greatest rewards program of all-time that will last into infinity, eventually the sun will consume all of its available hydrogen (and other stuff could come up along the way). Free Play Incorporated makes no promises or representations about how long this program will exist, the rewards points have no cash value, and Free Play is the sole decision maker related to the program’s future.

Even further, all unlimited play memberships have some minor limitations. Your daily admission is only available when Free Play is open to the public. That means, unless noted otherwise, all ticketed events (such as our famous Halloween Parties or NYE) are not covered by the unlimited play pass and memberships are not valid when the arcade is otherwise closed to the public. Further, sharing of membership passes is prohibited and will result in a termination of the membership. A Free Play membership is a revocable license and may be confiscated with no refund of purchase price. Violation of Free Play rules, policies, and procedures may also result in expulsion and cancellation of the membership. The membership is non-transferable and cannot be sold, loaned, or given away to be used by a third party.

Membership benefits beyond admission are subject to change with or without notice. In general, Free Play will attempt to provide ample value to all club membership holders. All terms, conditions and benefits including, but not limited to, admission privileges, rewards, points, blackout dates, prices, pass type availability, benefits and discounts are subject to restrictions, availability, and change or cancellation without notice at any time. Refunds are not available for membership payments in any circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Members and guests assume the inherent risks associated with the operation of all games and attractions and should read and obey all safety signage, instructions and rules. Free Play assumes no responsibility for accident or loss to any person in connection with the condition or use of the arcades or their entrance into or departure from the arcades.
